‘Seven Heaven’ to Celebrate Old Fashioned Week
Press Release: Havana Club, the only 100% authentic Cuban rum available globally, has partnered with leading bars around the world to launch Havana Club Seven Heaven; a global cocktail party offering complementary Havana Club 7 cocktails to celebrate Old Fashioned Week 2018 and raise the profile of the mixability of super-premium Cuban rum.
Inspired by the cult of the number seven, Havana Club is taking over seven bars in different cities across Europe and Latin America from 7pm on the 7th of November 2018. Participating bars have been challenged to craft an exotic new twist on the classic Old Fashioned cocktail, using Havana Club 7, which cocktail drinkers can redeem through tickets listed for free online through Event Brite.
Some of the Havana Club 7 Heaven bars include award-winning Baba-au-Rum, in Athens, Greece; Licorería Limantour, in Mexico City, Mexico; or Solange Bar, in Barcelona, Spain.
The unveiling of Havana Club Seven Heaven marks the second year of a sponsorship with Old Fashioned Week – an international celebration of the most popular cocktail in the world’s best bars, according to World’s 50 Best Bars 2017. The 2018 festival, set to take place over ten days from 1st-10th November 2018, is expected to feature consumer events, tastings and masterclasses in more than a thousand bars across 47 countries.
